We follow a consistent checklist during every visit and look for anything that may need attention.

Water & plumbing

Taps, showers and toilets are run and visible plumbing is checked for leaks or drainage issues.
Damp & humidity
​
We look for signs of damp, mould and condensation and record the indoor humidity.
General condition
​
New stains, damage, signs of pest activity or other changes since the previous visit.
Ventilation
​
The property is aired during each visit.
Air conditioning
​
Visually checked and operated to see that they function .
Water heater
​
We check its status and look for visible leaks or other obvious issues.
HOME SYSTEMS
Electricity
​
We check for any obvious electrical issues and record the meter reading where accessible.
Appliances
​
Main appliances are visually checked, with agreed appliances operated where needed.
EXTERIOR
Property exterior

We look for obvious signs of damage or attempted entry and anything else that appears unusual.
Terrace, garden & pool
​
We check terraces, balconies, garden areas and the pool area where applicable.
Windows, doors & shutters
​
We check accessible doors, windows and shutters for visible issues.
Rainwater & drainage
​
We look for visible damage, debris, standing water. We check drainage areas for obvious issues where accessible.
AFTER EVERY VISIT
You'll know exactly what we found.
After each visit, you'll receive a clear report showing what was checked, anything we observed and photos where relevant.
