What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is a regular check of your home while you're away.It's for homeowners who spend part of the year somewhere else, whether it's a second home, a holiday home you don't rent out, or simply a home that's left empty for longer periods.We visit your property as agreed, check that everything looks as it should and send you a detailed report after every visit.It's simple: someone local is keeping an eye on your home when you're not here.
How often should may property be checked?
The right frequency depends on how long you're away, the season and your preference. You can choose 1, 2 or 4 visits per month, or book individual visits when you need them.
Will I receive a report after every visit?
Yes. Every visit includes a detailed report confirming what we've checked. If we identify anything that needs your attention, we'll include photographs of the issue.
Isn't my cleaner already checking the property?
A cleaner is there to clean. Home Watch is a structured inspection designed to spot potential problems before they become expensive repairs. Many homeowners use both.
