Service Description
A 60-minute set-up visit for your Home Watch service. We'll visit your property, discuss your requirements, collect any keys and information needed and establish a baseline for future Home Watch visits.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your set-up visit, please contact Nerja Home Watch by WhatsApp, phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For cancellations or changes within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask us to carry out the Set-up Visit during this period, the visit may go ahead with your consent. Once the Set-up Visit has been fully completed, you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the €55 Set-up Visit.
